Take Yoga Home

Do you think of yoga as something that has to be contained within the four walls of a studio or a hall?

I often remind students in my classes that the poses they do are portable. All you have to do is remember a few––the ones that you find enjoyable––then do them at home.

When you take yoga home and do your own practice, you reap many more of its benefits.

You could also break out and do yoga whenever and wherever the spirit moves you. For the fun of it.

A few years ago, I visited ‘Sculptures by the Sea’. The art works there were so inspiring that I tried to replicate some of them.

The photos below show me reversing the old slogan ‘art imitates life’. They offer further proof that yoga can be done anywhere.
