Child's Pose For Breathing Space!

I’ve been rather grumpy for the last little while as I’ve been experiencing blogging woes this evening. Was it the fault of my computer’s middle-age, an internet obstruction, a problem with the modem? No, Daniel, says, it’s JustHost – web hosting.
I was advised to get away from the computer for a while before I started beating on it – good advice, indeed.
Isn’t funny how often these machines can drive us crazy? I know I’m not the only one.
In any case, here’s a pose for all reasons and seasons, to grant you some moments of respite before re-assailing any sort of hurdles:
Child's Pose
Child’s Pose with a bolster – be considerate of your breathing, as it’s the key to relaxing.
At first, your inhalations and exhalations may feel restricted because of pressure on the front of your body. However, after resting quietly for several minutes, you’ll enjoy the sensation of your back expanding and more completely accommodating the ebb and flow of the breath.
Each inhalation, you let the shoulder blades and your back waist rise and widen. Every exhalation, the fibres of the back melt into the bolster. Inhalations are long and broad, filling out the nooks and crannies of your back. The exhalations give you the sense of totally letting go.
Be in the moment to enjoy the ease and peace of your gentle, undulating breath. And, stay until you experience freedom from any concerns .
