Yoga Workshops: Upside-down But Not Inside-out

A Day with Eve Postcard FRONT

I’d like to invite you to two workshops with me on Sunday March 22nd from 10am to 3:30pm.

There are several places left in this full day devoted to a close look at what is needed to do inverted yoga poses with ease.

The first one is suitable for beginners, but yoga teachers might want to attend to learn a few new tricks. The theme is how to prepare for inversions, and what therapeutic poses might be substituted for students who don’t go upside down.

For more advanced students or teachers, I offer a program for headstand and shoulderstand, including the anatomy you need to know for safe and successful practice.

The day workshop is being held at beautiful Lake Macquarie, NSW at Greg and Ginny Clark’s studio. Contact them by phone or email to enrol in either one or both sessions: 0410 553 610 or email: ginny__@hotmail.com
