I’ve had the total pleasure these last few days of seeing the Yoga Shed full of yogis practising early in the mornings.
Old yoga yoga student, Rick Alexander, visited us Weds. and Thurs. last week.
I met Rick originally in the late 80’s.
Then, over this Queens Birthday long weekend, we’ve had Carol & Martin Fallows and Judy & Mike.
Nothing makes me happier than having my Sydney community join with us up here!

We had a wonderful time! Your yoga studio is perfect and your new house is superb… we had a great night at the Wingham bottom pub as part of the audience at a local burlesque night… and were delighted to discover that our hosts had hidden talents!
